Allstate Insurance Agency - Scott Shoemake is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Professional to help grow the local agency with the backing of a national brand. You will engage prospects, build community relationships, and explain insurance value to cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

You will target sales goals, qualify leads, and offer Allstate products to protect customers and assets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
