Job summary

Allstate is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building relationships in the community. You will use insurance knowledge and sales skills to explain the value of coverage and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, comprehensive on-the-job training, and advancement opportunities, with eligibility for licensed remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
