Job summary

Allstate is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to illustrate value and cultivate long‑term client relationships with trusted advice.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, qualifying leads, offering products to meet client needs, educating customers on protection for families and assets, and delivering a positive experience with ongoing development

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Property & Casualty License (Personal Lines License accepted in certain states).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Ability to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
