The role offers comprehensive training, a base plus uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities within a supportive, growth-focused team environment. Remote opportunities are available with licensing support.

Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; prior sales experience is a plus.
• No insurance experience required—you’ll get licensed with support.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casulty and/or Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities
