Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional for an in-office role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will grow a client base, build trust, and drive revenue through proactive outreach and referrals.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up income support during your initial months as you develop your pipeline and book of business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.
• Licensing and appointments required for selling Auto Club Group membership products.
• Training provided to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Prospect, engage with local community events, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
