Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Membership products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow the portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate, close sales, and meet sales targets.
