Job summary

Artemis/Texan Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to work on-site in the Arlington area. You will develop and maintain relationships with new prospects and recent clients, using consultative sales techniques to offer home, auto, life, flood, and umbrella coverages.

A Property & Casualty license is required, Life/Health license a plus, and a bachelor’s degree in business or sales is preferred. The role emphasizes cross-selling, needs-based solutions, accurate quotations, and CRM-driven

Qualifications

• Must have active Property and Casualty insurance license (or General Lines).
• Active Life and Health license a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and via written communication.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and timely quotations.
• Prospect round accounts, secure new business, and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain proficiency in personal lines insurance (home, auto, life, flood, umbrella) and present tailored coverage.
• Educate clients on coverages, rates, and options; document activities in CRM.
