You will prospect, quote, and close personal lines deals, manage renewals, and support retention. A Texas P&C license is required, with a path to Life & Health licensing if desired; strong communication and drive are essential.

A well-established and growing insurance agency in the Dallas area is looking for a sales-driven, licensed Personal Lines Agent to join their team. This direct hire role is built for someone who thrives on generating new business and closing sales — not just maintaining an existing book. You'll hold a Texas P&C license and bring a hunter's mentality to growing the agency's client base.

This is primarily a sales role: prospecting, quoting, and closing new personal lines business (auto, home, and related coverages), with some account servicing along the way to keep clients happy and coming back.

What You'll Do
