Pronto Insurance in Austin, TX is seeking motivated Sales Agents for a full-time role. Earn hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and sales incentives; full training provided and licensing support available.

Responsibilities include selling insurance products, following up on leads, coordinating local campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and processing quotes and payments. Travel to store locations as needed; bilingual English/Spanish preferred for some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry is necessary to capture accurate client information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products through assigned channels.
• Review engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute grassroots marketing to generate leads.
• Follow up on leads and quotes.
• Maintain relationships to drive local marketing.
• Coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue.
• Process renewals and quotes efficiently.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed when binding.
• Provide fast, friendly service and process payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Maintain a clean agency environment and marketing materials.
• Travel to store locations as needed.
