Job summary

National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

You will work in retail stores and by phone, develop community relationships, conduct prospecting, and collaborate with leadership on sales

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
