A-MAX Insurance in Plano, TX is hiring for an Insurance Sales Agent in-office. We offer paid training, licensing covered, and a path to grow with a dynamic, customer-focused team. You will assist customers with policy needs, quote and bind new sales, and collaborate with office management to expand our local client base.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with various types of insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering all questions.
• Inspect vehicles to decide if it is an acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing with office strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks and handling policy renewals and underwriting communications.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
