A-MAX Insurance is hiring in-office Insurance Sales Agents in Plano, TX. You will receive comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and ongoing support to build a successful insurance sales career.

The role emphasizes a strong sales mentality, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to serve a diverse customer base.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Texas license (Limited Lines or P&C) preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Complete continuing education courses to maintain active license status with TDI.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with various types of insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles to decide if it is an acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing with office manager to attract customers.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
