Qualifications

• Customer Service oriented with ability to upsell and educate clients.
• Sales experience in insurance is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, renewals and payments.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing to grow book of business.
• Coordinate with underwriting to finalize policies and respond to inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
