A-MAX Insurance in Dallas is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to join our in-office team. You will help customers with new policies, edit existing ones, collect payments, and renew or reinstate coverage while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid Texas license in Limited Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurance risk based on condition and age.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing with office support.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals in coordination with underwriting.
• Support daily office duties.
