The Tucker Agency with Farmers Insurance in Overland Park, Kansas is expanding its sales team. We provide leads, training, tools, and support while you bring the work ethic and coachability to win in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Insurance licensing is preferred or we can help you obtain it; prior insurance experience is not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with provided leads and prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls and build relationships with new clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes confidently.
• Consistently follow up and manage your sales pipeline.
• Overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
