The Juris Agency in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a people-focused sales professional to grow with a structured development path. You’ll work with agency-provided leads, learn our systems, and earn commissions as you help clients choose the right options.

A supportive environment emphasizes coaching and responsible selling rather than pressure. During development, a draw against commissions is possible, with increasing commission tiers as production grows, and a path toward leadership compensation

Qualifications

• Insurance licensing is required to perform licensed duties.
• Talk comfortably with people without sounding scripted.
• Ask questions and actually listen to the answers.
• Hear "no" without becoming pushy, defensive or defeated.
• Accept coaching while still thinking for yourself.
• Stay organized and follow through when nobody is standing over you.
• Explain something clearly without trying to manipulate someone into agreeing with you.

Responsabilités

• Work agency-provided leads and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Ask good questions before recommending coverage instead of jumping straight into a quote.
• Explain insurance clearly enough that clients understand what they're buying and what they're not.
• Quote and sell new business while maintaining an organized pipeline and accurate follow-up.
• Continue developing your insurance knowledge, communication skills and production ability through coaching and practical training.
