Job summary

The Juris Agency in Weldon Spring, MO is seeking a confident, experienced Sales Agent to join our team. This full-time role focuses on selling and promoting our products while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will develop insurance quotes, present solutions, close sales, and nurture client relationships, relying on strong communication and a willingness to learn. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Experience in selling, promoting products and meeting revenue targets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Understand and follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
