Job summary

The Juris Agency in the United States is seeking enthusiastic sales associates for Auto, Home & Life Insurance to join our growing team. You will quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects, meet production goals, and develop relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other partners.

We offer a compensation plan with salary plus monthly bonuses, plus benefits like 401k matching, PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, and the flexibility of remote work with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Proven track record selling over the phone.
Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach.
Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter.
Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
