Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Personal Lines license preferred but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
