Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated with a growth mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty is preferred (we’ll support obtaining).

Responsibilities
