Job summary

Confie in Santa Ana, CA is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will grow earnings through inbound leads, cross-sell homeowners and health insurance when applicable, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Willing to obtain Personal Lines or P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right product for their needs.
