Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Riverside, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers and grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance.

This full-time role includes inbound leads, comprehensive training, benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000. Pay is disclosed as $60,000 to $150,000 per year, with uncapped commission depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities for auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
