Job summary

Confie is seeking an energetic Insurance Agent in Banning, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will handle inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with no cold calling, while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a pay range of $31–$72 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a robust benefits package including PTO and a 401(k). Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus; licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred, not required—training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities
