Confie and its family of companies, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States, is hiring an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in California, Manteca. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with opportunities to grow income through homeowners and health products.

You will work with a high-volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, receive comprehensive paid training and licensing, mentorship, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to achieve sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand needs, and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions, deposits, and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport and guide clients to the best-suited insurance products.
