Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Odessa, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance and grow a customer base. You will handle inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and contribute to sales targets with uncapped commissions.

The role features a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement (401K with company match), and continuous training. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs.
• Connects quickly and educates the customer on products that fit their needs.
