Job summary

Confie, including its family of companies such as Freeway Auto Insurance, is hiring an Insurance Agent for sales and customer service in Colorado Springs. You will handle nonstandard auto insurance sales for new and existing customers, leveraging inbound leads and walk-in traffic to reach sales targets.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, comprehensive training, and a strong benefits package. Prior sales or customer service experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• License in insurance sales preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet goals.
• Build relationships with customers to expand sales opportunities.
• Accurately document currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
