Confie and its family of companies—Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others—are a leading US insurance broker. We are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

Qualifications

• License preferred but not required for consideration.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or advantageous.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers and provide strong follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with scanned docs.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
