Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway Auto Insurance, are seeking an Insurance Agent in Surprise, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will handle inbound inquiries, build relationships, and drive sales while earning uncapped commissions and a sign-on bonus.

The role includes paid training, licensing, ongoing mentorship, and a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with customers to meet production targets.

• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs
