Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an experienced licensed insurance sales hybrid agent in Michigan. After in-house training, you may work in a hybrid remote setup while building a local book of business and providing consultative insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.

Expect a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 plus commissions, PTO, health, life, and retirement benefits. The role emphasizes community relationships and team collaboration in a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and good phone etiquette are essential.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with the ability to manage a flexible schedule while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales: assess client needs and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.
• Use quoting tools to compare rates across carriers and present best options.
• Develop a book of business through networking and local referrals.
• Assist policyholders with renewals, modifications and claims guidance.
• Maintain accurate client data in agency management systems.
