Qualifications

• Hold a Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication.
• Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions.
• Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts.
• Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection.
• Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistency.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems.
• Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience.
• Seek referrals and support client retention to build long-term agency relationships.
