Qualifications

• Active Colorado P&C license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Relationship Management: act as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and in-office.
• Sales Activity: build new client relationships in Elizabeth and surrounding communities; cross-sell across auto, home, life, and umbrella.
• Policy & Compliance Administration: maintain client records and ensure regulatory and carrier standards.
