Ashley Trenenrt - State Farm Agent is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join the team in a local capacity. You will build relationships, educate clients on Insurance options using a needs-based approach, and help meet marketing goals by developing leads and scheduling appointments.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic and consistent daily performance, with compensation at $15 per hour plus bonus, and licensing requirements for Property & Casualty.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred, outside or inside sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to present to potential customers.
• Achieve marketing goals with the agent.
• Provide timely activity reports to the agent.
• Property and Casualty license: must have currently.
• Property and Casualty license: must be able to obtain.
