Qualifications

• Licensing: willing to obtain state licenses; guidance provided.

• Communication: strong verbal and written skills to explain products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation: prospect for new clients via referrals, networking, cold calls, lead gen.
• Insurance solutions: present and sell auto, home, life, and business coverage.
• CRM: maintain and build client relationships, service ongoing insurance needs.
• Quoting & policy writing: prepare quotes, help client choose coverage, issue policies.
• Client retention: review and upsell for renewals and upgrades.
• Marketing: participate in local marketing and community events to grow brand.
• Administrative support: assist owner with files, billing inquiries, and claims.
