Job summary

Aflac Village of Clarkston, MI is seeking an Insurance Agent for a full-time, training-provided role. You will work with local business owners to expand employee benefit options, earning commissions and growth opportunities within a Fortune 500 brand.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, team players with an entrepreneurial drive and strong communication skills. Training is provided to help launch a successful sales career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation and active driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services.
Generate new sales through community-based outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls.
Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac solutions.
Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite enrollments.
Provide claims support and customer service to boost retention and renewals.
Build networks and relationships to grow the business.
