Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local business owners & brokers to communicate the value of Aflac’s products & services.
• Generate new sales through community outreach, networking, referrals & cold calls.
• Schedule & conduct employer meetings regarding employee benefits and Aflac business solutions.
• Educate employees on benefit options & conduct worksite benefit enrollments.
• Provide claims support and customer service to new & existing clients to boost retention and renewals.
• Networking & relationship building.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial approach to business growth.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.
