Qualifications

• Must have active Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Must obtain Life & Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify and maintain all applicable state licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary by the Business Unit.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer-automated environment (e.g., financial/banking).
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies following underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
