You will set appointments, manage client records, and work toward weekly and monthly sales and service goals, with opportunities to develop new business through referrals and warm follow-ups in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude.
• Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service.
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies as you build a complete insurance skill set
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
