Wb Agency is seeking a driven sales leader to build and manage a high-performing team in the insurance sector. This is a full-time, commission-based role with 40-50 hours per week and substantial earning potential.

You will learn our proven sales system, recruit and train agents, coach them to close at a high level, and help scale the team while continuing to contribute personally to sales and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience within this field (recommended not required).
• Be on a 30 minute conference call 5 days a week.
• Work 40-50 hours a week.
• Self-driven and Self-Motivated.
• Competitive.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Be on manager calls when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Building rapport with customers and Implementing strategies to sell insurance
• Being fully aware of the company’s services/policies
• Working accordingly with company policies
• Managing other sales reps
• Coaching and Mentoring new sales reps.
