Job summary

A-MAX Insurance in Houston, TX is seeking motivated individuals to join our in-office insurance sales team. This role emphasizes a sales mindset, customer service, and building lasting client relationships while helping customers choose the right policies.

You will assist clients with new policies and edits, process payments, renewals, and inquiries, while receiving hourly pay with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service/insurance sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurability as needed.
• Develop new client lists through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
