Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an energetic Office Manager to run our Houston office in-office. You will schedule, train, coach, and oversee agents, while ensuring daily operations and policy support run smoothly.

The role requires 1–3 years of insurance sales experience, a Limited Lines license, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; in-person work with licensing assistance provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Insurance Sales experience.
• Limited Lines License required; Property & Casualty preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the office on schedule.
• Schedule, underwriting, training, coaching, reporting; develop sales/marketing plans.
• Maintain open communication with upper management.
• Assist customers with new or renewed policies and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and viability.
• Support daily housekeeping and COVID safety.
