Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Shelton, CT is seeking a dynamic sales and leadership professional to drive senior insurance solutions. You will conduct initial interviews, clearly explain policy options, and recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines.

You will perform field underwriting, ensure all forms are completed, arrange payment methods with applicants, and follow up on client claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews to assess client needs and clearly explain available insurance policy options.
• Support local American Legion and A.M. Vets as requested.
• Perform field underwriting with integrity.
• Ensure all medical and necessary forms are completed and submitted.
• Arrange payment methods with applicants.
• Follow up on client claims and process insurance policy requests.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for ongoing support.
• Establish and support team members to achieve agreed KPIs.
• Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.
• Recruit and train a team of insurance professionals following approved guidelines and training.
