Job summary
Farmers Insurance District 30 in Illinois is seeking ambitious individuals for an Agent in Training role. You will learn insurance sales, build client relationships, and present auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services solutions.
Training, coaching, and licensing support are provided to help you grow as a district leader. You’ll join a strong team with structured development, leads provided, and opportunities for long-term advancement.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams.
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and follow-through.
- Comfortable taking initiative and driving results.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Licensing classes are provided to obtain required Illinois licenses.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support day-to-day agency operations.
- Participate in training and coaching programs.
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities.
