Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred (English and Spanish).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers and deliver high service levels.

• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
