Qualifications

• 5+ years of property and casualty insurance sales experience.
• 2+ years of insurance sales leadership experience (preferred).
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proven ability to produce and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 5–10 insurance producers.
• Drive personal and team new business production and revenue goals.
• Prospect and write personal lines new business.
• Conduct regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance meetings.
