NavSav Insurance is hiring a Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business growth in a local office. The role emphasizes relationship building, inbound/outbound outreach, and cross-selling across auto, home, motorcycle, and umbrella lines.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, browsers).
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task.
