Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer in East Texas to drive new business across home, auto, commercial, and life lines. You’ll be supported with training, tools, and leads, while you close deals and build lasting client relationships.

In this role you’ll hustle, work with a team, and be rewarded directly for performance. A license is required or you must be willing to obtain one, with reliable transportation and a clean background.

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from the office

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and provided leads
• Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs across home, auto, commercial, and life coverage
• Present tailored insurance solutions and clearly communicate coverage options, pricing, and benefits
• Manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to close, following up consistently with prospects
• Use CRM tools to track leads, log client interactions, and stay organized throughout the sales cycle
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer client questions and address objections confidently
• Provide excellent customer service to build long‑term client relationships and generate referrals
