The Morris Agency – State Farm Insurance is a high-energy, hunter-minded sales team seeking a results-driven Account Manager – Insurance Sales. This fully licensed, production-focused role rewards outbound prospecting, rapid follow-up, and achieving aggressive sales goals through commissions and bonuses.

You’ll pursue new business, close deals, and manage a strong pipeline across multiple policy lines with agency-backed licensing support available as needed.

Qualifications

• A strong sales-first mindset with a drive to win.
• Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Licenses: P&C and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead engagement.
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple product lines.
• Convert both warm and cold leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality personal sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value.
• Ask for the sale—confidently, consistently, and without hesitation.
• Track activity and results to meet and exceed production goals.
