Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
