Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services is seeking an Executive Sales Consultant in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to drive sales growth across medical and specialty lines by partnering with brokers and members.

You will maintain active relationships, develop growth plans, conduct broker training and participate in events to generate new business opportunities, with a focus on high ethical standards and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; advanced education or degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience – (preferred).
• Valid Texas life/health insurance license – (preferred).
• Must reside in the Dallas Ft. Worth area or surrounding area.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent contact with brokers to increase sales across product lines.
• Develop broker growth plans and submit new group contracts.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
• Make outbound and follow-up calls to active or high-potential brokers.
• Coordinate marketing materials with supervisor and marketing teams.
• Document leads and communication in Salesforce.
