Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services, a full-service general agency in the Dallas area, seeks a Sales Consultant to achieve sales goals through broker submissions and new member acquisitions. You will develop broker growth plans, provide training, and manage outbound and inbound sales efforts with brokers and staff.

You will build relationships, participate in events, and coordinate with marketing to deliver compelling carrier solutions. This role requires travel as needed and strong sales acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; advanced education preferred.
• 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience preferred.
• Agent/Agency contacts preferred.
• Valid Texas life/health insurance license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers and build active selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines.
• Prospect inactive brokers to find new sales opportunities.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
• Make outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to active and potential brokers.
• Conduct training seminars/webinars describing tools and opportunities available through Warner Pacific.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new medical and specialty business through agents/brokers.
